CSSA - August 31, September 1-2, 2017
Map to hotel & Schedule of events at the 2017 CSSA Website

Our "Fun with a Purpose" CSSA is going to be busy! In fact, you should just come Wednesday evening to get a jump on all the activities! Counterpart Dinners and a pub walk at nearby venues planned for early arrivals on Wednesday.

Thursday begins with eye-openers at 6:30am with Top Golf and later at 11 am, we are planning a CSSA Luncheon followed by a fantastic Broadway show at the New Theater Restaurant. Please note: Nobles and Ladies are invited to both Golf and Luncheon events.

Later Thursday evening, join us at our Welcoming Party that will include Ballyhoo, a Night Shirt Parade and Dance featuring Josey Milner, rising county star and one of our former hospital patients. Friday will be full of competitions and the Parade will be on Saturday. We are also excited about the vendors we are starting to get for our Market Place and planning to have shuttle service between hotels.
CSSA Info:
Please remember the CSSA Website will also have the latest updates during CSSA 2017. For example, if you are heading out to an event and the weather looks questionable, check the website for alternate plans or cancellations.
Since the website is updated so often, please remember to refresh your browser to push the changes through to your device.

CSSA Registration
Please Register For CSSA Thru Your Home Temple.
This will ensure a packet will be waiting for you at CSSA.
Even though late comers to the party will not be turned away, be advised that we will be coordinating your registration with your home temple for several reasons, number one of which is safety. You will be hard pressed to find a safer place than Overland Park, but making sure all our participants are Shriners in good standing along with their ladies, is hard to argue with. We would appreciate your cooperation in wearing your CSSA wristband to all CSSA events.

Limited Hotel Rooms Still Available
Need a room at the last minute? Please check with your home temple first, then please contact Kevin Larson,

Pub Walk
No set time, no set program, no CSSA cost or wristband needed. Just a suggested group of gated bars that you can "Walk" between. Good place for early arrivals looking for a place to get a bite, drink and hopefully run into other Shriners.

Top Golf
Have we mentioned that attending this event also includes a Top Golf lifetime membership card good at any Top Golf venue across the country? Well it does! Please include your email as you register through your home temple. Already registered? Just shoot us an email at before you head off to CSSA . Email or no email, no worries, you will be hitting golf balls as soon as you hit the golf bay.

CSSA Luncheon
As previously announced, CSSA registration is no longer required to attend the CSSA Luncheon. We felt this was the perfect venue to relax the wristband rule so Shriners could invite their family and friends to the luncheon. The "Million Dollar Quartet" is receiving rave reviews and the whole season is rapidly selling out. Pair it with a gourmet buffet lunch, beverage, dessert, tax and gratuity, for $50 per person and you have one of the best entertainment values in the city!
Please note that CSSA registration is required for all other events. The "luncheon only" option will not generate a packet and wristband required to enter other CSSA events.

Welcoming Party
Registration and line up for the Nightshirt Parade starts Thursday, August 31st, 6:30pm in the OP Convention Center Courtyard. You can't miss the Courtyard, it's that big grassy area between the Convention Center and the Sheraton by the back parking lot. Welcoming Party Festivities are scheduled to start at 7pm in the Leatherwood Ballroom on the lower level of the Sheraton.

Schedule of Events
Please check the CSSA 2017 Website for the latest updates and information under the "Schedule of Events" tab. We have some (not all) of the Association registration forms on this site, too.
Credit cards always welcome but if you intend to pay by CHECK for your room block at the Sheraton, Rachel needs to receive your check no later than 8/14/17.
